About GITA
The Global Information Technology Academy (GITA) is a four-year computer science program taught
at the Brea Olinda High School. GITA students learn to work with a number of different languages
(such as C#, HTML, JavaScript, and more) through projects and activities that strengthen their
problem-solving skills and understanding of real-world technology. Last year, in GITA 2, I learned
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the basics of web design. Currently, I am currently in the third year
of the program, which has a larger focus on JavaScript and game development.
